I earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in English literature and minors in communications, editing, and women’s studies. I know how to help you craft your story so it reaches audiences, while still being sensitive to different types of people.
The editing minor coursework gave me a firm basis in copy editing, substantive/content editing, and The Chicago Manual of Style. I continue to develop my skills through daily learning activities, including reading books about editing, the English language, and storytelling; attending webinars and trainings on editing; and memorizing different rules in dictionaries and style manuals.
