Published: Reviews of She-Ra and Apocalypse Nyx

In February, the SFRA Review published Volume 51, number 1, which contains two of my reviews in it.

One of the reviews looks at Kameron Hurley's Apocalypse Nyx and relates it to the rest of her trilogy and glories in the amazing kick-butt stance Hurley takes on science fiction, books, and characters.

The other review is of Seasons 1-5 of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. This Netflix show is new look at She-Ra, the sister of He-Man. The show has nothing to do with He-Man, though, and centers itself on She-Ra, character diversity, and youth empowerment. It's quite a good little show on Netflix, and I recommend it to anyone looking for something that is short, sweet, and strong.
